Hi all,
I’ve been working on a few long-term projects recently, and I’ve found that maintaining motivation over time can be really challenging. I start off with a lot of energy, but as the weeks go on, it can be hard to keep that momentum going.
For those of you who manage long-term tasks (whether it's a personal project, a big work assignment, or something else), what strategies do you use to stay motivated? Do you break your goals into smaller milestones? Do you schedule specific "focus time" for the task? Or maybe you have a trick for pushing through when the excitement starts to wear off?
I’m looking for any advice or tips that could help me power through those mid-project slumps!
Thanks in advance!
