- Model: ProLiant DL360P
- Issue: Intermittent connectivity issues with the hard drives connected to the backplane board. Sometimes the drives are not detected, or they randomly disconnect during operations.
- Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Verified power supply connections.
- Checked cables and connectors for any visible damage.
- Updated firmware to the latest version.
