Teleparty, formerly known as Netflix Party, is a browser extension that enables synchronized video playback and chat for multiple users watching the same content on various streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max. It allows friends and family to watch movies and TV shows together in real time, regardless of their physical location. Users can create a "party," invite others to join using a unique link, select a movie or TV show to watch, and Teleparty synchronizes the playback across all participants' screens. Additionally, Teleparty adds a chat sidebar where users can communicate while watching.
